Victor Grandidier has had a long and varied career in computer systems, ranging from aerospace to high tech manufacturing. Alongside this, he holds an International Federation of Journalists Press Card and has written numerous articles and book reviews for magazines, newspapers, and corporate publications on a wide range of topics such as aviation, fly-fishing, sailing, and project planning for computer systems.

On the fiction side, he has work-shopped novels at writer’s conferences such as the Santa Barbara Writer’s Conference, The Community of Writers (formerly Squaw Valley), and Bread Loaf, receiving several awards for his work. He is a long-time member of the Authors Guild.

He was raised in Southern California, lived in Manhattan Beach and Santa Barbara for many years, and now resides in Central Oregon with his family. He is an avid reader, and enjoys good food, good wine, and good fly-fishing. He is also a serious photographer with many photos in the Leica Fotografie International Gallery, and has had many images published alongside his writing.

His two breakout novels, The Last Days of The Busboy Bikers, and Summer Departures, are the first books in the series The Vitality of Seeing Life™.
